Orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will generally be processed on the next business day.
Order processing includes:

- Quality inspection
- Packaging and shipment preparation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

At this time, Cora & Clay ships exclusively within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping or delivery outside the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24β48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.
If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team.

Cora & Clay is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once a package has been transferred for delivery.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
We cannot guarantee successful delivery when incorrect address information is provided.

Our team will review the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
