We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders shipped within the United States.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use
  • Be returned with proof of purchase
  • Be received in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.


🚚 Free Return Shipping

We proudly offer FREE return shipping on approved returns within the United States.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.

There are no restocking fees for approved returns.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Upon review, we may provide:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A full refund

Because some of our products are made from glass, ceramic, and other delicate materials, prompt reporting helps us process claims efficiently.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged through misuse, neglect, improper care, or normal wear and tear

For quality assurance purposes, returned dinnerware, flatware, glassware, and table linens must be returned in clean, unused, and resalable condition.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, color, or style, simply return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, shipping damage, or a defective product.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may have already entered processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has already shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
