How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We accept order modification or cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase whenever possible. Once an order enters processing or shipment preparation, changes may no longer be available.

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still haven't received your confirmation within 1 hour of placing your order, contact us at support@coraandclay.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

How long does shipping take?

After shipment, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

What is the total estimated delivery time?

Most customers receive their orders within 4–10 business days, including processing and transit time.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, expedited shipping options are not available.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Why hasn't my tracking information updated?

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. If your tracking hasn't updated after that period, please contact our support team.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible items. Products must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes. We proudly offer FREE returns on eligible orders within the United States.

How do I start a return?

Simply email support@coraandclay.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label if your return is approved.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

Many of our dinnerware, flatware, and glassware collections are dishwasher safe. Specific care instructions can be found on each product page.

Are your products microwave safe?

Will there be variations in color or finish?

Yes. Some products are crafted from natural materials such as ceramic, stoneware, glass, and linen. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and help make each piece unique.

Are product photos accurate?

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
